То, что сейчас этот вопрос (водоснабжение в Крым — прим. ред.) приобрел такую остроту, и его обсуждают в РФ достаточно серьезно, говорит не о силе этой страны, а о ее слабости, — сказал Яременко.
По его словам, еще два года назад в ООН при голосовании за резолюцию по Крыму было видно, что Россия начинает осознавать слабость собственной позиции.
«Россия начала перед голосованием угрожать странам, что те государства, которые будут голосовать за эту резолюцию, автоматически несут ответственность за ухудшение двусторонних отношений с РФ. То есть, Россия начала таким образом поднимать этот вопрос и прямо угрожать другим странам. Это была их новая тактика, с одной стороны она определенным образом пугает, с другой — если страна прибегает к прямым угрозам, это говорит о ее слабости», — отметил замминистра.
Яременко прогнозирует, что давление Российской Федерации на Украину по восстановлению водоснабжения Крыма будет усиливаться, однако Украине не стоит на него поддаваться.
«Тематика воды педалируется для того, чтобы изменить информационный фокус и переложить ответственность со страны-оккупанта на страну-жертву, то есть на Украину. Это информационный способ маскировки своих противоправных действий и обвинения Украины», — заявил Яременко.
Он отметил, абсолютно очевидно, что поставка воды по Северо-Крымскому каналу в Крым невозможна до момента его полной деоккупации.
