Новая нефтяная компания (ННК), получившая летом возможность экспорта белорусских нефтепродуктов наряду с БНК, выставила на продажу 1,2 миллиона тонн мазута производства новополоцкого «Нафтана». Таким образом компания хочет заключить свой первый долгосрочный контракт. Об этом сообщает TUT.BY.
ННК выставила на реализацию до 120 тыс. тонн в месяц новополоцкого мазута для экспорта 1 ноября 2020 г. — 10 сентября 2021 г. В качестве базисов поставки компания объявила FOB порты стран Балтии. Информация об этом размещена на Единой торговой площадке концерна «Белнефтехим».
По данным белорусских СМИ, контрольный пакет Новой нефтяной компании принадлежит структурам известного белорусского бизнесмена Николая Воробья, миноритарными акционерами являются Белорусская железная дорога и государственный Банк развития. Директором ННК стал Андрей Судьев, который в частности был помощником председателя концерна «Белнефтехим».
«Этот пример частно-государственного партнерства должен на практике показать свою эффективность. Если будет все хорошо получаться, то ННК сможет получать большие объемы на экспорт», — считает собеседник TUT.BY в нефтяной сфере.
До недавних пор эксклюзивным экспортером белорусских нефтепродуктов была Белорусская нефтяная компания, акционерами которой являются «Белоруснефть», «Нафтан», Мозырский НПЗ и «Белорусский нефтяной торговый дом». Однако в последние годы в Беларуси развернулась борьба за доступ к экспорту других структур, также была информация о возможной ликвидации БНК в целом.
ННК претендовала на более широкое участие в экспорте, однако на данный момент удалось договориться с БНК о разделении видов продукции. Как ранее сообщил enkorr глава наблюдательного совета БНК Сергей Каморников, контракты на 2021 год с украинскими компаниями будет заключать БНК.
Между тем ННК уже начала работу в Украине в лице компании «Белказтранс-Украина». Она отметилась в поставках дизельного топлива, закупаемого у БНК, и битумом Нефтебитумного завода, принадлежащего Николаю Воробью. По данным enkorr, в июле-октябре «Белказтранс» ввез 12,4 тыс. т битумов и 12,5 тыс. т дизельного топлива, которое предлагал с нефтебаз в Черниговской и Житомирской областях.
В Украине Николай Воробей известен также своим участием в капитале нефтепродуктопровода «Прикарпатзападтранс»: весной 2019 года он приобрел 50% акций этого предприятия. После этого были проведено несколько прокачек белорусского ДТ с отгрузкой в Новограде-Волынском, но постоянными они пока не стали. Источники enkorr не исключают, что приобретение части в нефтепродуктопроводе было продиктовано перспективой получения доступа к экспорту белорусских нефтепродуктов вместо БНК.
